This premium daiginjo sports Aiyama, a treasured sake cultivar derived from two heavy-hitting sake varieties (Yamadanishiki and Omachi) which delivers the best from both, aroma and acidity from Yamadanishiki, and full-bodied profile from Omachi. 

This sake has a fantastic structure, crisp and elegant while offering lush notes of nectarine and bosc pear with a clean finish. Enjoy this chilled in a wine glass to accentuate the vibrant acidity and generous aromas.
