An exquisite rice shochu aged over 6 years in cedar barrels crafted in house by Sengetsu Shuzo. We get notes of coconut, pear Jelly Belly, buttered popcorn, cedar wood, minerality throughout. Enjoy on the rocks or as a great highball!
