Father's Day is June 16

This genshu (tank strength) sake is young, fresh, lively and potent. The nose is bright and zesty with notes of tamarind, citrus, and cola. The palate is characteristically nama (unpasteurized), with loads of black plum, minerality, dry, with a long savory finish to round it out. Perfect for the nama-head in your life, and easily sipable accompanying vinegared salads, vegetables, or sausage.
