Father's Day is June 16

Chikurin Otoro uses homegrown Yama Nishiki rice to achieve its luxurious and silky mouthfeel. This sake is weighty, bold, and dynamic - we get bright notes of fermented pineapple, ramune soda, and coconut cream. Enhance the big body of this brew by enjoying it chilled out of a burgundy class or a snifter.

The extra weight, hint of sweetness, and minerality of this ginjo would be a great fit for some stank cheese at your appetizer table, or even oysters!  You'd also be hard-pressed to find a better spicy curry pairing for your cozy night in than this one.

Note: We can ship this sake, but due to the nature of shipping, please note that fluctuations in temperature can affect the freshness of the drink, and we will always recommend picking up locally when possible. Please proceed with shipping at your own risk.
