Sake and Shochu Talk

Brewed in the koikuchi (dark soy sauce) style created during the Edo period, this shoyu (soy sauce) is made with high grade soy beans.

We love this shoyu because it has a lighter flavor that is perfect for sashimi and it will not overpower even the most delicate white fish. Whenever we have temaki parties, this is our go-to shoyu.

Please refrigerate after opening.
