Umami Mart Registry

U.S.-exclusive blend of malt and grain whiskies vatted and matured by Chichibu Distillery in Japan. We get notes of dried grass and herbs, paprika and Lays BBQ chips from the peat, tropical fruit and biscuits.  

Whiskies include Scotch, Canadian rye, American whiskey, Irish whiskey, and Ichiro’s own Japanese single malt. Aged 4–17 years in a combination of cask types including ex–bourbon and ex–rye whiskey barrels.

Ichiro Akuto founded Chichibu distillery in 2008 and has become a leader in whisky-making world-wide. Located in the forests of Saitama (Kayoko’s birthplace!), Chichibu makes their whiskies in small batches using locally grown barley.
