Sake + Shochu Gumi

This nama genshu sake uses yeast from Okayama white peaches that contribute to the brew's smooth texture and notes of melon, cherry, and sweet pineapple. Kamikokoro is firm and tight, sitting heavy on the palate. This would benefit from a little time out of the fridge to open it up (even a day or two!).
