Kyoto Distillery is the one of the only distilleries in Japan that makes gin exclusively. Most of the gin made in the U.S. is usually made with corn, but this Japanese gin is rice-based, using the soft waters of Fushimi (famed for excellent sake production), for a creamy mouthfeel.
Ki No Bi means "The Beauty of the Seasons" and blends six distillates: hinoki, yuzu, bamboo leaf, sansho, gyokuro and shiso. Enjoy Ki No Bi on the rocks, in a Martini, or with a splash of sparkling water.
