Aged for over 10 years in prized barrels made of Kokuji (Evergreen Oak), this unique kome (rice) shochu offers notes of cashews with hints of vanilla. With a silky body and distinct aromas, enjoy on the rocks or oyuwari (mixed with hot water) style.

Established in 1903, Sengetsu Shuzo specializes in kome shochu, and named for the famed Hitoyoshi Castle in Kumamoto prefecture.
