Sake and Shochu Gumi

Join us for this not-to-miss event launching Nikaido Distillery's barley shochus in the Bay Area! Nikaido is quite famous in Japan for its shochus and is known to have created 100% barley shochu. We're excited to showcase the Nikaido Barley Shochu and Nikaido Kitchomu Barley Shochu throughout the evening with a guided tasting and dazzling cocktails crafted by shochu expert + bartender Kendra Hada. 

Talk + shochu tasting will start at 5pm, led by importer Paul Nakayama. Bartender Kendra Hada will follow up with a presentation about the cocktails. Cocktails will be served all evening, made by Hada. Ticket includes shochu talk + tasting. Cocktails sold separately.
