We've got yet another heady release from the masterminds at Noguchi Naohiko Sake Institute. This has got everything the nama-heads dream about - all of the fruit, spice, and umami we've come to expect from this sake-geek-approved brewery, but the volume on everything is just cranked up to 11. We get sticky purple jam, egg tart, cherry cola, and a long, yogurt-y finish. Enjoy this sake chilled or at room temperature out of a nice wine glass to savor it completely.
Naohiko Noguchi is a legend in the sake-making world. Working 70 years as a toji (brewmaster), he opened the Noguchi Naohiko Sake Institute in 2017 to further the craft of sake-making for future generations.
