This is a textbook gorgeous daiginjo. We get jasmine, fuji apple, and slate on the nose. The palate is extremely endearing, juicy, with a sparkling acidity, notes of white peach, mango, and light floral honey. Dreamy! This culminates in a burst of fresh cream and vanilla on the finish, while finishing dry, quickly, and refreshing.

We are very pleased to be carrying the Tedorigawa brand at our shop for the first time ever! Yoshida Sake Brewing's reputation for pristine water and local rice precede them; this century-and-a-half old family owned brewery was the feature of 2015 documentary film 'The Birth of Sake.'

Note: We can ship this sake, but due to the nature of shipping, please note that fluctuations in temperature can affect the freshness of the drink, and we will always recommend picking up locally when possible. Please proceed with shipping at your own risk.
