Yoneda Shuzo

Toyonoaki Kifuneshibori Junmai Nama Genshu Sake (BTL 720ml)

Regular price $41.00

This fresh-pressed shiboritate drinks surprisingly light on the palate for a genshu. This is a chokarakuchi, so extra dry is the name of the game here! This rowdy little number still has all the trappings of good nama; lush fruit notes, bright citrus, and floral bouquets are all present and ready for business here. We get soft notes of navel orange, cherry blossom, and nectarine, with a startlingly crisp, peppery finish that will leave you ready for the next pour.

We recommend this as your go-to quencher for gochujang noodles or well-spiced pork ribs. This is very drinkable and should be great with a variety of foods. Try it with something spicy!

Note: We can ship this sake, but due to the nature of shipping, please note that fluctuations in temperature can affect the freshness of the drink, and we will always recommend picking up locally when possible. Please proceed with shipping at your own risk.
