Albeit this is Okinawa and the kitchen shears are for the crab, seems allison has never been to a Korean restaurant?

Wait, the scissors could certainly be for the noodles. They cut my noodles all the time at Korean restos!

Yes had a few naengmyun cut the way, but never seen it done in Okinawa (or rest of Japan). Anyhow, I really miss these mom-n-pop shokudos… My sister is a huge fan of squid ink soup.
