Umamimart Pop-Up #3: Piper and John General Goods (OAK)

The Umamimart Shop has been busy popping up all over the Bay Area, and here's one coming to Oakland! For this one, we're teaming up with the fine folks of Piper and John General Goods, a magical shop in historic Old Oakland. What: Umamimart Pop-Up #3 When: Friday 5/4 - Wednesday 5/9 Where: Piper and John General Goods 469 9th Street (between Broadway + Washington) Google map here BART Stop: 12th Street Nicole Buffett, an artist and co-owner of the shop, forages the streets far and wide to fill P + J with art, collectibles, clothing, jewelry, and books. And now, from May 4-9, the Umamimart Shop! She has a great eye, so we are honored to have Umamimart pop up in her space. Can't you just see our Japanese bar and kitchenware displayed here in a little corner? Fuck yah! The party kicks off next Friday May 4 at 6pm for the ever-popular and expansive Oakland Art Murmur aka First Friday. We'll be pouring chilled sake so please come say hi! It's only a few blocks from the BART so you have no excuses!
