All Bottled Up: A Dash of Bitters Is All It Takes

A few drops of bitters can make a cocktail sing! Just be careful not to add too much, or else your drink will warble off-key. That's why we love a good bitters bottle, made with weighty, high-quality glass and a special dasher top to ensure just the right amount of bitters will make it into your drink.

We have two new bitters bottles that we've added to our collection: The Beveled Bitters Bottle and the Bulb Bitters Bottle. Both are smaller than our standard 3-ounce Plain Bitters Bottle and Diamond Cut Bitters Bottle. The Beveled Bitters Bottle holds 1.5 ounces and the Bulb Bitters Bottle contains a scant 0.7 ounces. These would make a good fit for a home bar or for barkeepers who prefer diminutive containers. They are pretty cute little guys, aren't they?

P.S. Herbal bitters are a great digestive aid. A few drops after you wolf down your plate (or two) on Thanksgiving could do you wonders.
