I didn’t know your UNCLE had a curry shop?! It looks amazing! Almost hayashi style in color and consistency. This would be a very dangerous place to take Washi too. He’d never leave!

Yes he has been in business for many years now. The economy has been tough, but a plate of curry never seems to get old in Tokyo.
