We are super duper excited to announce a collaboration event with Camino restaurant! It's our very first sake dinner and we are thrilled to co-host this event with such a special restaurant.

Camino is a magical place in Oakland where I bartended for three years before Yoko and I found a home for Umami Mart. Chef Russell Moore opened Camino with his wife Allison Hopelain, where all the food is cooked in the fireplace. Camino holds a special place in our hearts – it is definitely my favorite restaurant in the Bay Area. And yes, Russ and Allison are also Sake Gumi members!

Russ will be cooking a three-course meal, and Yoko and I will pair the dishes with sakes. We are so excited to present the range and depth of sakes when paired with Russ' dynamic dishes.

Tickets are $10 off for Sake Gumi members! Join today!

Space is limited so please pencil in our event on April 7! Doors will open at 6pm for a cocktail hour, followed by a three course meal. You'll even get to take home your own Hard Strong sake glass! Of course, Yoko and I will be there too, to talk about the sakes with you, all night long.
