Sip + Shop: INNA Shrub Tasting

Shrubs are all the rage right now. Vinegar and sugar-based syrups flavored with fruit juices, shrubs are delicious and refreshing additions to cocktails and sparkling water. We're big fans of Emeryville-based INNA Shrub (who also makes some kick-ass jams, too). At Umami Mart, we carry a variety of INNA Shrub, which are all made from three simple and organic ingredients: local seasonal fruit, refined sugar, and apple cider vinegar.

This Saturday, September 26, from noon-3 p.m., we're hosting a free in-store tasting with Dafna Kory, founder of INNA. Learn about and sample some shrub, and take home a bottle of your favorite to splash into your next drink!
