Upcoming Event: Drink More Whiskey Book Party + Tasting

For all of ya'll who have been suggested we hold more, ehem, "alcohol education courses," this ones for you. And MEN are also welcome to this one! We're proud to host a whiskey tasting and talk with our friend Daniel Yaffe, author of DRINK MORE WHISKEY, a book published last year. We can't keep enough of them on the shelves! The book is really no-nonsense and jam-packed with whiskey knowledge, in a clear voice that's never pretentious. It's a fun, educational read that we love, and is a consistent best seller at Umami Mart. In this event, Daniel will discuss the differences between whiskies -- rye, Scotch, bourbon, Irish whiskey, yadda yadda. And that's right, we'll be tasting them.
